This set is composed by a skinner and a hook to eviscerate plus a leather sheath. The blade is forged with XC75 and has been oil quenched,  the handle is made with Courbaril exotic wood (also called Jatoba) which is imputrescible and not affected by humidity and temperature variations. Total length is 8.07 Inches, edge is 3.74 Inches. The hook is made of XC75 and has been made using stock removal method its handle is made with olive wood. The leather sheath is made with vegetal taned natural calfskin and has been brown stained and handsewn with saddler stitch.

This knive is a style study I wanted to make to change a bit my habits.
Total length is 8.07 Inches, edge is 4,13 Inches, blade is made of forged XC75 oil quenched. The blade is ornamented with symmetrical guilloche. The scales are made of "Amourette" wood. I made 3 insert with yellow nickel silver studs at the blade spine, at the handle butt and between the front and rear scales.

Handle scales are made with "Moutouchi".

The stock removal blade is made of XC75. I made a manual selective oil quenching.

Blade made using stock removal metod on D2 steel.

Total length is 8.86 Inches, blade is 4.53 Inches (thickness 3 mm).

The blade is ornamented with assymetrical guilloche (left / right). The handle is made of cade wood for scales, zinc for insert and yellow nickel silver for bolster.

Note : I did not define a price because there is a little fit flaw between bolster and scales. That does not impact the quality of this knife nevertheless this is a flaw, so if somebody want this knife with this flaw he can contact me to define a price.
